Management Consultants

Integrated Management Systems (IMS) specialises in providing management systems for companies who want to optimize their business and need to participate in a continuing certification or verification process to demonstrate their compliance with international or industry standards.

Primarily, we serve the needs of a wide range of local and international manufacturing and service industries requiring professional and quality management systems.

A strategic merger in March 2007 resulted in IMS becoming part of the IQuad and later Sasfin Group of companies, prior to going independent again, enabling it to continue to offer a highly personalized service to clients, with an increased resource base.

Our core purpose is to improve clients’ business performance and customer confidence through the implementation, integration, automation (“IMS-Interactive”; “IMSI”), maintenance and auditing of a wide range of Quality, Business, Environmental, Energy, Laboratory, Medical and Food Safety Management Systems.

We are committed to working closely with the client’s in-house team, complementing their skills and expertise and providing appropriate training. IMS uses a core of highly qualified and experienced consultants and registered auditors, including the House of Quality Management Consultants Inc (of which IMS is a founder member) to cater for the specific needs of clients both in South Africa and internationally.

The company is based in Port Elizabeth.
